Tim Delvins
Physiotherapist
Tim is a highly experienced and skilled physiotherapist with extensive experience spanning across the public and private health care systems.
Working as a clinical educator for the University of South Australia and a physiotherapist at many of SA Health’s major acute hospitals and rehabilitation facilities has given him a comprehensive understanding of the Australian health system. This enables him to assist his clients in navigating this and equips him with the skills and knowledge to optimise the outcomes of even the most difficult and complex rehabilitation cases.
Tim’s passion for sport started as an aspiring athlete himself representing South Australia in cricket and Australian Rules Football. Choosing football provided Tim with the opportunity to represent the North Adelaide Football Club for 10 years and gain exposure to some of South Australia’s best physiotherapists.
His long term commitment and experiences within this professional sporting environment coupled with his own experience in rehabilitating through numerous injuries places Tim in a unique position to understand what you are going through when facing setbacks from injury.

Having been through a variety of personal injuries and having extensive success with his own clients, Tim’s organic knowledge in rehabilitation is unique. His passion to reach the client’s goals comes from a thorough understanding of the injury, rehabilitation process and his empathy for each patient.
Tim has worked and continues to work with numerous professional and semi-professional athletes and organisations. He values genuine relationships and loves the long term relationships that he has made as part of the Body Fit community.
When not at Body Fit, Tim loves spending time with his young family and staying as active as possible. Go-to fitness for Tim includes running, bike riding and olympic lifting.
Luke Chetcuti
Physiotherapist
Luke is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked across a range of settings in the private sector of physiotherapy. He has valuable experience in the musculoskeletal, sporting and disability realms of physiotherapy along with experience in working within a hospital emergency department. Luke has a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and Masters in Physiotherapy which provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the body, exercise, and injury rehabilitation. This has collectively equipped him to assist patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions.

Luke is passionate about understanding people’s challenges and educating them to manage their conditions in order to achieve their goals - whether that be returning to their favourite sport, work or meaningful activity. He believes exercise is imperative not only for improving performance or preventing injury, but also an important tool for health and longevity. Additionally, Luke feels helping people manage their pain is key to achieving an active approach yet does not shy away from a ‘hands on approach’ (i.e., massage and dry needling) where necessary.

Luke has a particular interest in soccer. He’s played from a young age and has a firsthand understanding of its physical requirements and injury risks. He’s worked with Adelaide United’s exercise scientist, strength & conditioning coach, and physiotherapist, along with working in sub-elite and amateur sport . Luke is the current team physiotherapist of State League 2 side; Adelaide University SC and also has experience working with their Women’s NPL team. This has given Luke a broad range of exposure working with amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes to assist them in their rehabilitation, returning to sport and performance along with preventing injury recurrence.

Luke has experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal and sporting conditions. Some of which include sport related injuries (muscle strains, ankle sprains, ACL injuries, hip & groin injuries), running related injuries (hip pain, knee pain and tendon issues) and musculoskeletal pain (neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain).

Outside the clinic, Luke enjoys resistance training in the gym, going for a run or a bike ride, and spending time with his family and friends.
